Escrow held up fine, but some of the car descriptions were a bit...optimistic. Always get a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) anyway. I'm tellin' ya, always ALWAYS check the car yourself. Their website safeprivmotors.com helped me find the car I wanted and learn a bit more about the system. Don't get me wrong, a bit slow, but hey, it worked out well. Escrow process was okay, but some of the photos were misleading – like the description of the car. Sent an email to office@safeprivmotors.com and the response was a bit slow. No complaints about their customer service and expertise. But prices were way up there compared 2 others, so keep that in mind. They earned my trust. Could be way worse. Make sure to review EVERYTHING before you buy. My request for refund - I wanted to change my mind about a car after I had a closer look. I got it, which was a great start. It was a good transaction. But, the entire experience with SafePriv Motors took way too long. Don't rush this kind of things. Also maybe give them a call at +1 463 600 9662.
