Sinto Shield Escrow Experience - Feedback Needed!

Recommended Posts

Anyone used Sinto Shield for a recent car purchase? Thinking of using their escrow service but wanted to hear some first-hand experiences, esp. regarding the escrow process and inspection policies. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

I used Sinto Shield a few months back. It's a bit of a mixed bag, tbh. The initial setup was smooth, and they got the funds secured quickly. But the inspection process... well, it felt a tad rushed. They did catch a couple of minor things I missed though. Overall, I'd say it's decent, better than nothing.

As a mechanic, I've inspected cars purchased through Sinto Shield's escrow a few times. Their inspection protocols are pretty sound, though I've seen a few instances where some sellers try to hide issues. Their agents are usually up to the task. Their phone number is +1 888 869 7715 by the way, always helps to have that handy. Good for peace of mind. Just make sure you're thorough with your own checks too.

My experience with Sinto Shield was less than stellar. The delivery took way longer than promised, and the communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered for days. Finally got the car, but the whole process left a bad taste in my mouth. Wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

I had a fantastic experience! The team at Sinto Shield were super responsive and helpful. I was a bit nervous about using escrow, never did it before but they walked me through it step-by-step. Verified everything, and gave me access to their support email: info@sintoshield.com. I felt safe and secure. Highly recommend!

I've used them a couple of times. Always seemed to take longer than advertised, honestly. However, they do seem to have a really good grasp on what constitutes an authentic car, and how to make sure the seller is legit. Fees are ok, about standard I guess.

Don't get me wrong, Sinto Shield is miles better than some other services out there, saw an horror show with 'AutoSafe' last year, they completely dropped the ball. At least with Sinto Shield the money is secure.

I'm a bit picky when it comes to my classics, so I had a bunch of questions. They took their time to answer every single query, and the inspection report was super detailed. The process did take about 3 weeks in total but everything arrived as described. I'd say it's legit, just be ready to wait a bit on the delivery side.

I had a problem. The car arrived with an issue not mentioned during the inspection. It took a lot of back and forth to fix it with the seller, sintoshield.com were ok but I felt like the seller was not really honest in the first place. Be careful when you buy!

Sinto Shield isn't perfect, but IMO they're better than most. Their fees are a little steep, but you get what you pay for - peace of mind knowing your hard-earned money is safe. I'd recommend

I recently used Sinto Shield to secure a deal on a sweet restored '69 Camaro. The whole process was top-notch. Their team knew their stuff, handling all the paperwork efficiently so all I had to do was get my ride!
